When reserving this equipment, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure an electrical source on site, as well as good access to the space: there must be no stairs or doors less than 1 meter wide.

Details

The price includes delivery, assembly and collection at a time to be agreed.
Travel costs may be added to the price depending on the location.
We deliver from 8am-9am and the last collection time is between 9pm and 10pm.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide electricity for the operation of the equipment, we are not responsible for the lack of power on site.
The measurements do not include the space for the inflatable tube and motor (about 1m). Measures include slides and inflatable exits.
The customer is responsible for checking the measurements of the location where the inflatable will be located. If the inflatable does not fit on the day of assembly, the amount will not be refunded. Changing to smaller equipment is subject to availability and costs €20 + travel costs.
In the event of strong winds, we reserve the right not to assemble equipment. It is Playbus' responsibility to assemble the inflatable safely, however, if the weather conditions change after assembly, it is the customer's responsibility to disconnect the inflatable.
We are not responsible for any accident in the event of adverse conditions that were not manifested during assembly.
It is the customer's responsibility to report any anomaly that may occur in equipment during the event using the contact details available on our website. We do not accept any complaints that are made only at the end of the event.
It is not permitted to eat, wear shoes, throw confetti or leave the inflatable without adult supervision.
Mechanical surfing is quite heavy and bulky equipment, so access to the space will need to be at least one meter wide. Access to the site with stairs may make renting this equipment unfeasible.
To use this equipment, the floor cannot be inclined.
This inflatable has a capacity of one person.
Participants who are under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to enter this inflatable.
Playbus reserves the right to end an event early if participants do not comply with safety rules.
The customer is responsible for any license required to use our equipment in the location where it will be installed (public places, rented spaces or others).
