While using the equipment, it is not permitted : Eating; use sharp objects; wear adornments (necklaces, earrings, glasses, etc.); wear shoes (socks must be worn) and leave the equipment without adult supervision. Adults are prohibited from entering the equipment, except for inflatables with an age indication “+”.

It is strictly forbidden to throw confetti into an inflatable or ball pit. If we arrive at the location to collect the equipment and it contains confetti, the customer will be charged a fee of €20.

Inflatable slides must be used by one user at a time.

In ball pools, the balls are left inside the pool, so it is the customer's responsibility to keep the balls inside the pool. If the balls are scattered outside the pool, the customer will be charged a fee of €20 for one of our employees to collect the balls.

It is the customer's responsibility to measure the space where the equipment will be located in order to guarantee the feasibility of using the equipment. We do not carry out technical visits to the site, all measurements are on the website and can be used for evaluation before booking. If the equipment does not fit and cannot be assembled, a fee of €10 + travel costs calculated via the website www.Michelin.pt will be charged. Changing to smaller equipment involves paying a fee of €20 + travel and is subject to availability.

If you detect any anomaly in the equipment inside or outside (motor, extension) you should contact us immediately on 938540952 so that we can resolve it. We do not make any refunds/price adjustments if a complaint is made after use, upon collection of the equipment.

Air escaping through the seams of the inflatable is not an anomaly, it is a normal condition for the inflatable to be inflated.

The equipment and its accessories must be returned in the same operating conditions as they were delivered.

There may be small differences in equipment measurements. The customer must always have an assembly area larger than the size of the inflatable.

The measurements shown are: length, width and height.

The measurements do not include the space for the inflatable tube and motor (about 1m). Measures include slides and inflatable exits.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure an electrical access point, close to the Inflatable and the ball pit. Playbus has extensions that it can provide at no additional cost as long as the customer requests it on the booking form.

In case of damage to the inflatable, the customer is responsible for the costs of repairing the equipment.

If protections are required around the equipment, they must be requested when booking.

In case of precipitation, it is the customer's responsibility to protect the motor, the electrical extension cord and the equipment.

The “S” trampoline has a capacity of 2 children with a total weight of up to 80 kg, the “M” trampoline has a capacity of 3 children with a total weight of 100 kg, the “L” trampoline has a capacity of 4 children with a total weight of 120kg, the “XL” trampoline can accommodate 5 children and has a total weight of 140kg. It is prohibited to remain under the trampolines.

It is the customer's responsibility that the floor is leveled for the equipment to function properly.

Equipment rental does not include monitoring of the event, unless requested.

Electrical requirements for inflatables: alternating current at 220V with 16 amps.

For inflatables with water pools, it is the customer's responsibility to have a hose close to the equipment so that the pool can be filled.

The rental price for equipment without a monitor is daily and includes delivery, assembly and collection starting between 8am-9am and collection until 9pm-10pm or at another time pre-agreed with the customer.

The values ​​shown are not valid for the week of World Children's Day.

A monitor to supervise the equipment costs €65 (2h30). Each additional hour: €10. The mandatory monitor for the mechanical bull and climbing wall costs €45 for 3 hours, each additional hour €10. From 10pm each hour has an additional cost of €10.

Travel costs may be added to the presented value of the equipment depending on the area.

Birthday party activities are held in a location chosen by the customer (home, school, rented space, garden, etc.) or in a Playbus partner location.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the party location is capable of carrying out the contracted entertainment unless it is a Playbus partner space.

Animation packs are subject to availability.

We recommend 1 animator for up to 12/15 children and 2 animators for up to 25 children. For a larger number of children, please contact us.

The animator(s) arrive at the location 10 minutes in advance, unless it is necessary to prepare an activity or equipment in advance.

It is essential that the client is contactable close to the start time of the animation in case they need to be contacted by our team.

When hiring face painting, the client must provide the animator with 1 table and two benches. If you don't have this equipment, we can rent it for €10. The inks are hypoallergenic from Snazaroo and easy to remove.

If the client opts for a pack featuring the animators, it is their responsibility to provide a support room/toilet so that they can get dressed.

We do not share personal information about our animators.

For a treasure hunt entertainment, the client must ensure that the party location has the minimum conditions to carry out this activity. We are not responsible for its failure.

For the disco party, it is the customer's responsibility to keep the place dark so that the lights have the desired effect.

For animations that have a sound system included, it is the customer's responsibility to supply electricity.

For animations with mascots, the client is responsible for any attitude on the part of those involved in the party that jeopardizes the integrity of the event and the safety of the entertainer. In animations with a mascot lasting 45min-1h, it is the client's responsibility to notify the animator that the time has already run out. We reserve the right to charge an extra 30 minutes if the animator finishes the mascot after the contracted time.

It is the responsibility of the parents of the birthday child to ensure that the children are able to participate in the activity, as well as to alert the monitors to any allergies or health problems of the participating children.

We are not responsible for any accident that occurs during the party, the entertainers are responsible for the entertainment of the party and not for supervising the children.

During the party, images may be collected to promote the company. If you do not authorize the collection of images, you must inform us at the time of booking.

For areas outside our range, animators are charged a travel fee.

Birthday parties are held on the Playbus - a double-decker bus that has been transformed into an amusement park;

Five parking spaces are required for the dimensions of the bus (12m long, 2.40m wide and 4m high);

It is the customer's responsibility, if they do not choose a Playbus partner space, to ensure that the location is available, safe, suitable (the floor cannot be inclined) and has access that allows the bus to pass through;

If the location chosen for parking the bus is in the public domain, a public road occupation license issued by the responsible entities is required;

The licensing process is the responsibility of the customer, as well as the payment of the appropriate license, unless this is requested by the customer in advance from Playbus;

In the event of mechanical breakdown, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances that make it impossible for us to reach the location, Playbus will refund the money in full; If the Playbus arrives later than the scheduled time (due to the circumstances mentioned above) and if it is not possible to complete the contracted duration, Playbus undertakes to make an adjustment to the agreed price depending on the time the bus remains at the party.

The playground capacity is 25 children aged between 3 and 10 years old and a maximum height of 1.5m;

Adults are restricted from entering the bus;

For the safety and supervision of children, two monitors will always be present;

The Playbus is equipped with air conditioning and lighting for night-time events and it is the customer's responsibility to provide an electricity socket. If necessary, use this equipment or alternatively you can request the rental of the Playbus generator in advance;

During the party, the customer is responsible for any damage caused to the interior and exterior of the vehicle by any member of the guest group;

Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated, so we safeguard the right to prevent children or adults who do not comply with Playbus rules from staying in the space;

It is prohibited for children to enter the bus with ornaments and jewelry, which must be removed by a responsible adult. Playbus is not responsible for any damage or loss;

It is prohibited to seat children behind the wheel of the bus, as well as to touch any equipment in the driver's area;

Smoking is prohibited inside and near the Playbus;

We reserve the right to end the event early if the safety of children is at stake for any reason;

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all children are authorized by their guardians to enter the Playbus and participate in the party;

During the event, images may be collected to promote the company. If you do not authorize the collection of images, you must inform us at the time of booking.

Playbus does not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or other type of accident;

Playbus has civil liability and personal accident insurance for the interior of the bus;

If an inflatable is used, the rules posted on it must be followed;
