The rental of a mascot costume can be collected and delivered to our facilities upon presentation of a copy of the erased identity card and proof of address or permanent certificate. If you want us to deliver and collect at a location, travel costs may be added depending on the budget.
It is the customer's responsibility to make good use of the mascot as well as to return all delivered items.
There is no refund of the amount paid if the customer reports any anomaly to us after the suit has been picked up and taken away by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that everything is in working order when picking up the pet.
If an item is damaged, the customer may be charged the cost of repair.
When renting a mascot costume presupposes acceptance of the conditions in which it is found, we do not accept any type of complaint after use.
The rental, without monitor, of any mascot costume requires the payment of a deposit of €50 (except when sent by courier), which will be refunded if the costume is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered/collected. .
